Product delivery date
If the stock is available, it will be sent out within 5 days from Japan.
Once the delivered product is damaged or soiled unfortunately, or if it is different from your order, please contact us by phone or e-mail within 7 days after the product is delivered. We will return or exchange it. (In this case, the delivery charges will be borne by us)
If the delivered product is "scratched or defective" or "received a product which is different from the ordered product", we will promptly exchange it for the same product, or return or refund it.
We do not accept exchanges due to customer reasons such as "the ordered product is different from the imagination", "the size does not match", or "ordered the wrong product".
Products in outlet cannot be exchanged. In case of defective products, we will accept returns and refunds.
The delivery charges will be borne by us if the item is defective, and will be borne by the customer if the item is returned for exchange by the customer.
We cannot accept returns in the following situations:
・The product delivered over 8 days.
・Products returned without completing the procedure for returning products on My Page.
・Products that have been used (including products that have been rewound).
・Products with odors, stains, scratches, or products with lost or damaged packages (bags, boxes, etc.) made by customer.
